Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription ends at the end of the billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
What AI providers are supported?
Lagosta supports Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4), and Google Gemini. You bring your own API key and use your existing quota. Switch providers anytime from the dashboard.
How secure is it?
Each agent runs in a fully isolated environment with strict security controls. Integrations connect via OAuth — no passwords or API keys are stored. All credentials are protected with bank-grade encryption. Every action your agent takes is logged with a full audit trail.
What integrations are available?
Currently: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, Linear, Trello, Zendesk, and QuickBooks. We add new integrations regularly based on user requests.
What happens after the trial?
After 3 days, your trial converts to a paid subscription on the plan you selected (starting at $19/month). If you don't add a payment method, your agent pauses but your configuration is preserved. Add payment anytime to resume.
Do I need a credit card to start?
A credit card is required to start the trial. You won't be charged during the 3-day trial period, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes. Lagosta is built on OpenClaw, which is open-source. You can self-host the agent framework on your own infrastructure. Lagosta adds managed hosting, OAuth integrations, security isolation, and a dashboard on top.
What chat platforms are supported?
Telegram is fully supported today. WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack integrations are in development. You can also chat with your agent directly through the Lagosta web dashboard.
