1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lagosta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lagosta is a platform that provides managed AI agent deployment. The Service allows you to configure, deploy, and interact with personal AI agents hosted on our infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Distribute malware or other harmful content
• Use the platform to circumvent third-party API terms of service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. API Keys & Third-Party Services

You are responsible for any API keys you provide to the Service. We encrypt API keys at rest but are not liable for charges incurred on your third-party accounts as a result of your use of the Service. You should review the terms of service of any third-party AI provider you connect.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your data, configurations, or outputs generated by your AI agent. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
